I've been using these 4-pound neoprene dumbbells for at-home workouts, and they're great for light resistance training. The neoprene handle offers a good grip, and the hex shape means they won't roll away. They're small enough to toss in a bag for travel. That said, the handle diameter is only 1.5 inches, which feels a bit narrow for my hands. Also, at 4 pounds, they're only useful for toning or rehab—not for building significant strength. For the price, they're a decent buy for light use, but I wish they offered more weight options.
